1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using any part of the Ayma Technologies platform, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and that you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy.

2. Our Services

Ayma Technologies provides a platform for buying and selling cryptocurrency, airtime & data packs, gift cards, and processing bank transfers and mobile money payments in Ghana. We act as a service provider and are not a bank.

3. Your Account

You must provide accurate information during registration and keep it up to date.
You are responsible for safeguarding your password and all activity under your account.
Inform us immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account.
Accounts found to be used for fraud, money laundering or any unlawful activity will be suspended and reported to the relevant authorities.

4. Transactions & Rates

Rates shown are live and may change between order placement and confirmation.
An order is binding once you confirm and we commence processing it.
We may verify your identity or transaction details before completing an order, to protect you and the platform.
Once a transaction is settled to your mobile money or bank account, it is generally final. See our Refund Policy.

5. Prohibited Use

You may not use the platform to launder money, fund illegal activity, send unsolicited messages, tamper with the platform, or reverse-engineer any part of our systems. We may decline or reverse any transaction that breaches these terms.

6. Liability

We work hard to keep our services reliable, but the platform is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ayma Technologies is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the platform. This does not affect your statutory rights.

7. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be highlighted on this page and, where practical, notified by email. Continued use of the platform after changes means you accept the updated terms.
